1. About These Terms

These terms govern purchases made through mulli.ca, operated by Mulli Swing Solutions Inc., based in New Brunswick, Canada. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Questions can be directed to team@mulli.ca.

2. Pre-Orders

Mulli Smart Grip is currently available for pre-order only. Estimated shipment is Q4 2026. Dates are estimates and subject to change. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Two pre-order options are available:

• Reserve with Deposit: A partial payment is charged today. The remaining balance is due before shipment.
• Pay in Full: The full purchase price is charged today. No further payment is required at shipment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment for a full refund of any amounts paid. To request a cancellation, contact team@mulli.ca. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

After shipment, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is returned in original condition.

4. Warranty

Each Mulli Smart Grip is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your unit fails under normal use within 2 years of purchase, we will replace it at no charge. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear.

5. App Subscription

Every pre-order includes 6 months of subscription access at no additional charge. After the included period, continued app access is available by subscription at $25 CAD per month for individual golfers, or $99 CAD per month for coach plans. You will receive notice before any subscription begins and will not be charged automatically without your consent.

6. Pricing

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

7. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are presented at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mulli Swing Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
